Every year on the 16 of May, my school will be organizing Teachers’ Day. We celebrate Teachers’ Day in honour of the teachers who spend so much time teaching us.

This year the Teachers’ Day falls on the third day of the week. As usual, we gather at the hall to hear a speech from the headmaster. After that, we have a class party for all the teachers teaching us.

A tropical jungle is an interesting place to visit. I had the opportunity to visit one recently.

En. Rahim, who was my father’s friend, took me to visit the jungle on one of his trips into the jungle.

The moment we entered the jungle, there were sounds of insects, birds and animals. I loved animals very much and I liked all the greenery around me. I learned the names of different species of plants in the jungle.

A few hours later, En Rahim took me out of the jungle. I had an unforgettable experience and was awe-struck by the might of nature.
